Shipping & Delivery
Most orders ship next business day. Please note that all shipping time estimates are not guaranteed.

     Shipping to Addresses in the US
     When shipping to addresses within the US, we offer 3 delivery options :

  • First Class Mail (typically takes 3 business days)
  • Priority Mail (typically takes 2 business days)
  • Priority Mail Express (overnight delivery guarantee)

     Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
     Your order will be shipped via USPS. We do not offer expedited service.

     International Shipping
     USPS First Class International (can take up to 3-4 weeks)
     USPS Priority International (can take up to 2 weeks)
     International transit time also depends on the speed of customs at the time of arrival.

Please note, we do not have visibility into the status of a package once it leaves the United States. You can use the USPS tracking number in your local post carrier's website to get accurate arrival estimate. Any duty or taxes, which vary by country, incurred are the responsibility of the recipient and are payable upon receipt of the goods.

Return Policy
We know you'll love your new Rock-a-Thighs. If, however, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of new, unopened, unused socks purchased from for a full refund. Socks purchased from other retailers must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the original retailer.

You may return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. If you would like to make a refund or exchange, please contact us at

Returns in their original condition will be credited as the purchase price minus shipping. We cannot accept returns items that have been washed or used. If items are not in their original condition, we cannot accept them and we will ask you to pay for the item to be shipped back to you.

If your return is due to a defect, we will refund you the purchase price, including shipping, or exchange your order at no cost to you.

If your order was not an error on our part and you would like to exchange it for something else, we will ask you to pay for the additional shipping to send your new items out.

In the event that we mis-ship your order, we sincerely apologize and will work with you to fix our error in a timely manner. Please notify us immediately of the mistake by emailing or calling 608-371-9099. We will need a photo of the actual product you received to begin the process of correcting your order and making sure you receive the correct item.

Sales Tax will be charged on retail orders shipping to Wisconsin.
